Welcome to the AP U.S. History class at Roff High School!
Just a reminder, this class is not a college prep class, but is actually taught on the college level. The
workload represents that of an actual entry level college history course!

4. War and Dissent - "American Traditions"
5. Economics - "Boom and Bust"
6. Religion and Social Revolution - "Piety vs. Rebellion"
ASSIGNMENTS
Writing a Textbook: As
an ongoing assessemnt, students will work in a large group to originate their own history textbook.
Presentations: Students will complete PowerPoint and Photo Story
presentations.
Visioning Committee Presentations: Students will present findings
on various U.S. History topice to panels of experts.
MUSEUM BOX: This site may be beneficial in organizing information for presentations!
